How do I find my Booking ID?

Where the Booking ID appears and what to send if you cannot find it.

Your Booking ID is normally shown in the confirmation email and on the ticket attachment itself.

If you cannot find it, send support the email used for checkout, the attraction name, and the travel date. Those details are usually enough to recover the order.
