Start by checking the inbox and spam folder of the email address used at checkout. Ticket confirmations are usually delivered within minutes after payment is approved.
If you still do not see the confirmation, make sure the email address on the booking is correct and search your inbox for TicketPass.
If you need urgent help, contact support and include your booking email, travel date, attraction name, and the last four digits of the payment card so the team can locate the order quickly.
